From the sultry soul of ‘Street Confusion’ to the hypnotic head-nod of ‘A Normal Way’, Pacific Shore prove their flair for finding the groove, crafting organic jams that ooze soul, with real attention to detail when it comes to production values. The collaborations are on point here too, with Sarah Linhares providing gorgeous vocals akin to the likes of Erykah Badu, & Moka Only laying down some poetic truths that perfectly complement the hip-hop flavours found throughout. ‘Lost In Love’ breathes new life into a much-covered soul classic, whilst ‘Atlantic Island’ marries the most cosmic of beats with a sax solo that’ll make you melt.
